By entering this raffle giveaway, participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter.

2. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted until all 150 tickets have been sold or until the official raffle drawing date announced by Heaven RG Construction.

3. Ticket Limit

Only 150 tickets are available for this raffle.

Each ticket costs $35 USD.

4. How to Enter

To participate in the raffle:

• Complete the official raffle entry form with accurate information.
• Submit payment of $35 USD per ticket using one of the approved payment methods.
• Send proof of payment (screenshot or confirmation receipt).

Incomplete entries or payments without confirmation may not be accepted.

5. Prize Details

• $300 USD Cash Prize

Second Place Prize:

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other items.

6. Winner Selection

Two (2) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after all tickets are sold or on the announced drawing date.

7. Winner Announcement

Winners will be announced LIVE on the official Heaven RG Construction social media platforms.

Winners may also be contacted directly using the information submitted during registration.

8. Claiming the Prize

Winners must respond within 48 hours after being contacted.

Failure to respond within the required time may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

9. Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final.

No refunds will be issued once payment has been submitted.

10. Non-Affiliation

This raffle giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Milwaukee Tool, Zelle or Venmo.

11. General Conditions

Heaven RG Construction reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or reschedule the raffle if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, unforeseen circumstances, or any situation beyond reasonable control.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this raffle, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions and accept all decisions made by the organizer as final and binding.
